Wacky Cake

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 Tb. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tb. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 c. water

Mix well. Bake in 9"x13" pan (greased and floured) at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
