A simple but delicious white cake.
Flour 1 1/4 c.
Sugar 1 c.
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Milk 3/4 c.
Shortening 1/3 c.
Egg 1
Vanilla 1 tsp.
Blend, beat for 3 min.
Bake in 9x9 pan at 350 degrees 35-40 min.
